An area golf coach is honored as the Iowa Section PGA Teacher of the Year. Bishop Garrigan’s golf coach, Dean Capesius, earns the award from promoting the game to area youth. Capesius has coached the Golden Bears girls’ golf team to five state titles in the last six years.
