Hard drives should be SATA or solid state, never PATA.
2GB RAM on a Mac = 4GB RAM on a Dell (This is true, the Mac can do infinitely more with half of what a PC uses.)
Dells can only run Windows.
Macs can ALSO run Windows in full mode (no exceptions — all Windows software works 100% the same on a Mac with Boot Camp).
Macs will also stay fast for the duration of its life. PCs slow down, lag, and just cause headaches after a few months. Make the switch to Apple and you will NEVER be disappointed. I have never known a PC-to-Mac convert who didn’t completely love their new computer. Nobody who uses a Mac will ever want to go back to a PC.
