Video Calling from free Verizon iPhone 4 to Apple Computers
One of the best features on the iPhone 4 is the ability to video call from the phone to other Apple computers. Video calling from a free Verizon iPhone 4 to Apple computers is not a difficult task.
To start a video phone call to someone from another iPhone or Apple computer, a person just has to simply tap the screen of the iPhone 4. The application one uses for video calling is called “FaceTime.” One does not have to set up any other sort of special account in order to use FaceTime. Rather, this special application is simply one that comes with the purchase of an iPhone 4. If one does not know the number of a person he or she wants to call on FaceTime, then one can simply look the number up in his or her contacts. A person has to simply find the specific entry and then tap the button for FaceTime.
A person can easily switch from solely voice chatting with someone to video chatting with someone on an iPhone 4. To make a switch over, a person simply has to tap the FaceTime button while talking to someone who is on an iPhone or Apple computer. An invitation will then pop up on the other person’s phone, asking whether or not they wish to FaceTime chat with the other person. A person can accept or decline the invitation to video chat. As soon as a person accepts the invitation, then the video chat session will begin. In addition, if a person wishes to use the landscape mode, a person simply needs to turn his or her iPhone to the side.
In addition, there are two cameras located on the iPhone 4, in order to make sure a person is presented in good lighting to another. The camera located on the front of the iPhone is the one used for FaceTime.
A person can also switch the FaceTime video chat function into a camera function with a simple tap on the screen. You only need to tap a button to switch the FaceTime function right back into a camera. This can be a great function to use if one is chatting with someone on the phone, but then immediately wants to take a picture of something happening in front of him or her.
There are no fees for using the video calling function on an iPhone. Even if a person is talking to someone in a different country, there will be no fee to use the FaceTime application. A person literally saves so much money using this feature, which he or she essentially ends up with a free Verizon phone due to all the phone bills saved. Buying an iPhone is simply the best investment one can make. A person will also avoid all sorts of unnecessary bills in the future by having an iPhone to use at all times.
Overall, the video calling function on an iPhone makes life very easy and convenient.
