How do you eject an audio disc from an Apple laptop?

I’ve been given an Apple McIntosh for work after 20 years of PC use, and while I have managed to insert a CD with Cuban music and run it, I now don’t know how to get it back out again.
What do I have to do?

There’s a button that looks like an upward-facing arrow at the top right corner of your keyboard, above the delete key. That button will eject your CD.

You can also drag the disk image over to the trash.
